Bryn Hurren

Established in 1975, my business The Barn Workshop is based in beautiful Suffolk - Essex border country between Sudbury and Hadleigh. I create a wide variety of items for the home ranging from small pieces of furniture to complete hand-built and installed fitted kitchens.

In the wider community, I provide benches, notice boards, bespoke doors for halls, churches and other public buildings plus much more.

Each item I create is hand-finished to enhance the wood grain and to provide the best possible protection. I work in both home grown and imported hard or soft wood, all sourced from managed forests. Most items are built to order using traditional construction techniques.
